So here we are in Kansas City, Missouri in IHOP (International House of Prayer).  The drive throughout the night was successful and smooth with only minor van problems.  Getting lost finding a grocery store in Omaha Nebraska is also a specialty of the guys.  We have made good time up to till point.  Pray that the remaining section of the trip might also go as smoothly as our travel thus far.  The guys are all tired but eager to get to Texas.  We plan on being in Texas sometime Wednesday morning.  Until next time!!!

How exciting to hear that you are well on your way. I didn't think it was possible to get lost in Omaha! I can only imagine who was driving and who was giving directions. Hearing you are in KC brings back good memories for me. Just as you turn on to I-35 you will drive through a city called Olathe. I pastored a church in Olathe for 8 years, so I know the area well. You are in our prayers, and I must confess I am a bit envious that I am not joining you. I am sure it will be the roadie of all roadies! Have a great time and be safe.

Lost in Omaha...it's a concept I'm not familiar with since I grew up in that city. I get back there at least once a year to see my Mom. This spring we've been down twice and will make another trip shortly.

I'm glad you found your way back to the I29 and hopefully you had some food to calm the hunger pangs. I'm praying for you guys, and will be following your journey.
